About

As the CEO and Founder of MSK, I bring over two decades of experience in navigating corporate America as a woman of color. My journey has allowed me to achieve success as a Global Vice President, where I concentrate my efforts on ensuring organizations care for employees and their families holistically and cultivate talent, all with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Alongside my corporate endeavors, I also pursued my love for cooking, becoming a chef with a local boutique catering company, curating menus for private events.

Through MSK, I aim to create an ecosystem that not only celebrates the achievements of women of color, but also provides resources and guidance to help them thrive personally and professionally. Our philosophy revolves around fostering self-care, financial savviness, and professional prowess. I am deeply committed to promoting diversity of thought and equal opportunity in all spheres of life.

In every endeavor, I strive to embody resilience, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. My mission is to inspire and uplift others, creating a ripple effect of positive change in our communities and beyond. Together, let us embark on a journey of growth, empowerment, and fulfillment. -TSW

And from that point forward, the days don’t just get longer, they gain momentum. Light starts to win. Your body feels that. Energy begins to return in subtle ways: your sleep patterns may shift...

The Year of Audacity
I started this year the same way I often do: journaling, reflecting, setting goals, asking myself what I want more of and what I'm finally ready to leave behind. Somewhere between jotting down my intentions and next steps, I had a major revelation. I wondered how much further along in my endeavors I might be if I had just been a little braver. How many opportunities did I hesitate on? How many doors did I assume were closed because I never knocked? How many times did I talk myself out of...
