This Mother’s Day weekend, treat yourself to an afternoon with an ACE-certified health coach and personal trainer, ZakiaVazquez. “Coach Z” is an award-winning former bodybuilder and mom of three, who holds certificates of Health Coaching and Personal Training from Kennesaw State University – she’ll be leading MSK’s second annual fitness event.

This round, we’re all about breaking down fitness myths, getting personalized advice on how to reach your health & wellness goals, connecting with other women, and building your support network.
