The Is It Me? event series was designed to fill a void in professional development and advancement opportunities for women of color.
Many of us have navigated our careers absent a support system that acknowledges the invisible barriers, micro-aggressions, and disparate treatment that often underpin professional environments. Through the Is It Me? Series, we set out to validate our lived experiences and share tailored resources and tactics to better equip other women of color in maneuvering within their own business endeavors.
